CPR Society® is an educational organization dedicated to promoting health and safety courses to the general public and employees requiring certification. CPR Society courses adhere to the most up-to-date medical and educational guidelines published by the American Heart Association® and follow treatment recommendations from the International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation (ILCOR) and Emergency Cardiac Care (ECC). Our program is used and trusted by many agencies and organizations, including the Nevada Government, Clark County Government, the Police Department, school district, Nevada Registry, and many others for their certification needs.
While CPR Society makes every effort to post only the most accurate information available, through a detailed content review by licensed medical professionals including EMTs, physicians, nurse practitioners, pharmacists, etc., CPR Society does not guarantee that the information posted is always current. CPR Society makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the fitness of the information for any purpose, or to results obtained by individuals using the information and is not responsible for any action taken in reliance on the information contained herein. The learning included on this website is not intended to be a complete presentation of all problems and issues for any topic. No refund will be given for enrolling in the incorrect course. It is the responsibility of the employer to adhere to all state and federal regulations and compliance with regards to health and safety training for its employees.

Users who intend to take, or refrain from taking, any action based on information contained herein should first consult with their qualified legal counsel or any other appropriate professional advisor.
Endorsement Disclosure – CPR Society provides a variety of First Aid, CPR, AED, and Healthcare Provider BLS courses that meet national standards. It is up to the purchaser of the course to review his or her organizational requirements to clarify whether or not they will accept our card. CPR Society also accepts no responsibility for any circumstances in which a graduate of our course provides negligent health services to a patient or anyone provided with medical attention. Our courses are not intended to be an all-inclusive for CPR, AED, First Aid, and Basic Life Support training and procedural instruction.
Limit of Liability – By registering for a CPR Society course, the student and the student’s employer agree that CPR Society shall not be held liable for any type of loss or damage that could be construed as arising from this course. CPR Society does not take any responsibility for inappropriate use or application of information or instruction provided in this course. Furthermore, CPR Society will not be liable for any damages or injury caused by, including but not limited to, any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation of transmission, computer virus, or line failure. CPR Society will not be liable for any damages or injury, including but not limited to, special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials in this site or a site which is linked to this site, even if there is negligence on the part of CPR Society or an authorized CPR Society representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages, or both. Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, CPR Society’s liability in such jurisdictions shall be limited to the extent permitted by law. CPR Society total liability to you for all losses, damages, and causes of action (in contract, tort (including without limitation, negligence), or otherwise) will not be greater than the amount you paid to access this site.
Company & Group Training – Payment for group classes must be made in advance to secure the designated class time and date. We accept checks mailed to our office or through online payment. In the event that fewer students attend than the amount originally scheduled, CPR Society will provide a class credit that can be applied to future courses. Certificate of Completion – A certification card from CPR Society classroom courses, online courses and online-blended courses does not guarantee that a student possesses a minimum level of skills or knowledge regarding the subject matter. A certificate of completion simply states that the student has successfully completed the required course objectives and has proficiently passed the skills upon examination. It is the employer’s responsibility to assess the employee’s level of skill or knowledge and determine whether an employee is qualified to perform a specific job or function.
Course Cancellation – Although every effort is made to not cancel scheduled courses, CPR Society reserves the right to cancel upcoming courses for various reasons including but not limited to low enrollment, weather, instructor availability, and facilities. In the event a course is cancelled, participants will be notified and rescheduled as appropriate or refunded if requested.
Copyright – CPR Society® is a registered trademark. All material contained on the CPR Society website is protected by copyright law. The student and the student’s employer agree not to copy or distribute any materials contained in the CPR Society website. All comments, suggestions, ideas, notes, drawings, concepts, or other information disclosed or offered to CPR Society by this site, or in response to solicitations from this site (collectively, the “Comments”) shall remain the property of CPR Society. None of the Comments shall be subject to any obligation of confidence on the part of CPR Society, and the CPR Society shall not be liable for any use or disclosure of the Comments. Without limitation of the foregoing, the CPR Society shall exclusively own all now known or hereafter existing rights to the Comments of every kind and nature throughout the world and shall be entitled to unrestricted use of the Comments for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise, without compensation to the provider of the Comments. Honor Code – CPR Society trusts in the integrity of the student to observe the honor code and has a zero tolerance for inappropriate testing behavior. The honor code is based on the assumption that the student will be honest when taking an exam. The student agrees that only he or she will take the exams and complete required exercises and that he or she will not distribute or share exam questions or provide answers to other students enrolled in the course through any media (i.e. email, social media, pictures, video recording, etc.). If it is discovered that a student has violated the integrity of the exam, the student’s certification will be revoked immediately and the student will be permanently banned from taking any CPR Society course in the future.

Price Change Notification: Merchandise and prices may change without notice at any time. Although we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our information, occasional errors may occur. We reserve the right to make corrections.
Terms: Payment terms or credit limit may be changed without notice at the discretion of CPR Society.

Refund Policy – CPR Society does not offer refunds for courses purchased online or at the office after certification has been delivered or for not passing the certification test. Failure to attend class on the scheduled date will also forfeit the registration fee and will require a new registration and payment. If you have any questions about your charge, please contact CPR Society at support@cprsociety.org.
Replacement/Additional Cards – To receive a replacement card or to order an additional copy of a card, please contact us.
